Guide and FAQ
Quick answers about tiers, tests and points.
What is Echo Tiers?
A Minecraft PvP tier list started by Krish and Athrav. Players get tested in nine gamemodes and receive a tier from LT5 up to HT1.
What do HT1, LT1 and the other tiers mean?
There are five tiers. Each one has a high rank (HT) and a low rank (LT). Tier 1 is the strongest, so HT1 is the best rank and LT5 is the lowest.
How do I get tier tested?
Join the Discord, open a test ticket and choose a gamemode. A tester will play you 1v1, and the result is posted in chat and added to the rankings.
How is the overall ranking worked out?
Every tier you earn gives points. Your points from all gamemodes are added together, and the ranking is ordered by that total.
How many points is each tier worth?
HT1 is worth 60 points, LT1 44, HT2 28, LT2 16, HT3 10, LT3 6, HT4 4, LT4 3, HT5 2 and LT5 1. The full table is at the bottom of the Rankings page.
What if I disagree with my result?
Ask in the Discord. If you think the test was unfair, a founder can look at it and you can ask for a retest.
Can I be tested again?
Yes. You can retest the same gamemode every 3 days, and your tier can go up or down. Your peak tier is always kept on your profile.
How do I look up a player?
Use the search bar on the Home or Rankings page and click a name. Their profile shows their tier, peak tier and overall rank in every gamemode.
Does Echo Tiers run events?
From time to time. Announcements are posted in the Discord.
